Linee guida generali per la presentazione dell’Abstract

Utilizza le seguenti linee guida per preparare il tuo abstract per la presentazione:

Tutti gli abstract devono essere presentati in forma definitiva entro e non oltre il 30 Aprile 2018.

Unitamente all’invio dell’abstract i partecipanti devono inviare il modulo di registrazione. Questo è indispensabile per la presentazione e il follow-up della valutazione. Clicca qui per accedere al modulo di registrazione.

Il Comitato scientifico richiede la presentazione di abstract che propongano interventi, articoli, poster elettronici, da presentare e/o discutere durante la conferenza.

Argomenti per la presentazione

Chiediamo i Vostri contributi relativi alla ricerca, alle pratiche e alle politiche in materia di SCAUTISMO, ETICA, SALUTE, EDUCAZIONE ED EQUITÀ. (vedi descrizione dei topics)

Formati di invio

Vi sono tre principali formati per la presentazione:

  1. Interventi
  2. Workshop / attività
  3. Poster

Tutti gli autori di abstract, sono incoraggiati a interagire e collaborare con altri relatori e partecipanti, laddove possibile.

Intervento

Il relatore deve presentare un abstract, indicando l’obiettivo generale dell’intervento.
La sessione consisterà in una serie di presentazioni orali integrate, relative a un argomento specifico. Il tempo totale per ogni sessione sarà variabile, e si comporrà da interventi di 15/20 minuti con un moderatore per facilitare la discussione (verranno prese in considerazione le variazioni). Uno slot della sessione sarà dedicata all’interazione con il pubblico.

Workshop

Il relatore deve presentare uno schema dell’intero workshop, indicando l’obiettivo generale del workshop, gli obiettivi di apprendimento del workshop, nonché i dettagli di contatto di tutti i co-organizzatori / formatori (lo staff dovrà essere composto da tre a cinque co-organizzatori / formatori).
Un workshop offrirà l’opportunità a un gruppo di partecipanti di ricevere una formazione in un set di abilità (Skill Training Workshop) o di discutere idee innovative e domande stimolanti, identificare aree per ulteriori azioni e/o sviluppare suggerimenti su come queste idee potrebbero essere implementate nella pratica. Un elemento chiave di un workshop è la partecipazione attiva dei partecipanti al processo di apprendimento. Un Workshop coinvolgerà un coordinatore della sessione, oltre a diversi co-organizzatori / formatori. Ogni sessione durerà 30 minuti.

Poster

Il Relatore deve presentare un abstract, indicare chiaramente l’ambito tematico, le parole chiave, nonché i suoi dettagli di contatto. Gli abstract saranno raggruppati in base al contenuto.
A tutti gli abstract selezionati in questa categoria verrà data l’opportunità di presentare un poster.

Linee guida per la presentazione degli abstract

– Ogni relatore può presentare non più di un abstract.
– Gli abstract devono essere inviati tramite mail (segreteriascientifica@cadas.it) utilizzando il modulo specificato.
– Gli abstract inviati via FAX O ALTRO MEZZO E IN MODO DIFFORME DA QUANTO INDICATO NON SARANNO ACCETTATI
– Scegli un topic dall’elenco fornito
– L’abstract deve avere 2500 caratteri (spazi inclusi, esclusi il titolo e il nome degli autori e delle loro qualifiche). Non includere tabelle o figure.
– Il titolo, l’autore/i e la/le (sue) qualifiche devono essere indicate nei campi specifici nel modulo.
– Gli abstract possono essere presentati in italiano e in inglese.
– Strutturare gli abstract come segue: Introduzione, Metodi, Risultati, Conclusioni.

Introduzione: indicare chiaramente lo scopo dell’abstract
Metodi: Descrivi chiaramente le tue osservazioni o soggetti sperimentali
Risultati: presenta i risultati in una sequenza logica
Conclusioni: enfatizza i nuovi e importanti aspetti dello studio o caso e le conclusioni che se ne traggono

– Tutti gli abstract saranno sottoposti a peer review
– La notifica di accettazione dell’abstract da parte del Comitato Scientifico sarà inviata all’autore via email. SOLO gli autori con abstract accettati riceveranno la notifica di accettazione e le istruzioni per la preparazione della presentazione da svolgersi durante la conferenza
– L’accettazione definita dei lavori è subordinata all’iscrizione alla conferenza del relatore. In caso di mancata iscrizione i lavori verranno esclusi dal programma scientifico e dagli atti della conferenza

Valutazione abstract

Ogni presentazione sarà valutata sulla base dei seguenti criteri:

• Originalità e creatività
• Chiarezza del contenuto e degli obiettivi
• Evidenze, conoscenze e basi di prova
• Rilevanza e tempestività in termini di risultati e conclusioni
• Adeguatezza ai temi e allo spirito della conferenza

General guidelines for the presentation of the Abstract

Use the following guidelines to prepare your presentation abstract:

All abstracts must be presented in a definitive form no later than 30 April 2018.

Together with the sending of the abstract, the participants must send the registration form. This is essential for the presentation and follow-up of the evaluation. Click here to access the registration form.

The Scientific Committee requests the presentation of abstracts that propose interventions, articles, electronic posters, to be presented and / or discussed during the conference.

Topics for the presentation

We ask for your contributions regarding research, practices and policies regarding SCAUTISM, ETHICS, HEALTH, EDUCATION AND EQUITY. (see description of topics)

Sending formats

There are three main presentation formats:

  1. Interventions
  2. Workshop / activity
  3. Poster

All abstracts authors are encouraged to interact and collaborate with other speakers and participants, where possible.

Intervention

The speaker must present an abstract, indicating the general objective of the session.
The session will consist of a series of integrated oral presentations related to a specific topic. The total time for each session will be variable, and will consist of interventions of 15/20 minutes with a moderator to facilitate discussion (changes will be considered). A session slot will be dedicated to interaction with the public.

Workshop

The speaker must present a diagram of the whole workshop, indicating the general objective of the session, the learning objectives of the workshop, as well as the contact details of all the co-organizers / trainers (the staff should be composed of three to five co – organizers / trainers).
A workshop will offer the opportunity for a group of participants to receive training in a skill set (Skill Training Workshop) or to discuss innovative ideas and challenging questions, identify areas for further actions and / or develop suggestions on how these ideas could be implemented in practice. A key element of a workshop is the active participation of participants in the learning process. A Workshop will involve a session coordinator, as well as several co-organizers / trainers. Each session will last 30 minutes.

Poster

The speaker must present an abstract, clearly indicate the thematic area, the keywords, as well as his contact details. Most abstracts will be grouped by content.
All the abstracts selected in this category will be given the opportunity to present a Poster.

Guidelines for the presentation of abstracts

– Each speaker can present no more than one abstract.
– Abstracts must be sent via email (segreteriascientifica@cadas.it) using the specified form.
– The abstracts sent via FAX OR OTHER MEANS AND IN DIFFERENT WAYS FROM THE INDICATED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
– Choose a theme from the list provided
– The abstract must have 2500 characters (including spaces, excluding the title and the name of the authors and their qualifications). Do not include tables or figures.
– The title, author (s) and (his) qualifications must be indicated in the specific fields of the form.
– Abstracts can be presented in Italian or in English.
– Structure the abstracts as follows: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions.

Introduction: clearly indicate the purpose of the abstract
Methods: Describe clearly your observations or experimental subjects
Results: presents the results in a logical sequence
Conclusions: emphasizes the new and important aspects of the study or case and the conclusions drawn from it

– All abstracts will be subjected to peer review
– The notification of acceptance of the abstract by the Scientific Committee will be sent to the author by email. ONLY the authors with abstracts accepted will receive the notification of acceptance and the instructions for the preparation of the presentation to be held during the conference
– Definite acceptance of the work is subject to registration at the conference of the rapporteur. In case of non-registration, the works will be excluded from the scientific program and from the conference proceedings
– For requests for information, it is always possible to request them from the scientific secretariat (segreteriascientifica@cadas.it)

Evaluation abstract

Each presentation will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:

• Originality and creativity
• Clarity of the content and objectives
• Evidence, knowledge and evidence bases
• Relevance and timeliness in terms of results and conclusions
• Adequacy to the themes and spirit of the conference
